Why they Chose Action Air and Heat

After waiting all Friday for another company to come repair my air conditioner, which was completely out, I called Action Air first thing Saturday morning. Within two hours, the owner was at my house and re-arranged their schedule for the day to ensure my air could get fixed, being as it was out for two days. They fixed the system and could have easily charged me for more "service" than was necessary. Instead, the owner showed me the dead lizard that shorted out some wires and simply replaced some of the wiring. Based on my experience with other A/C companies, I will definitely use Action Air for my future business. They were prompt and honest - something that is difficult to find in companies anymore!by John 6/13/2010
After dealing with another houston based A/c company and not getting the repairs paid for...action air came out and made the repairs in a timely and efficient way. Leroy...the companys owner saved me 480 dollars in unnecesary charges that the other company was charging. ACTION AIR AND HEAT is the company you just can't beat!!!!by Wanda 5/22/10
Called them out to find out why my a/c kept tripping the breaker, within a a few minutes action air had the problem solved. The best part is that they didn't charge me as much as some other air conditioning companies quoted.

Called them to do preventive maintenance on my elderly parents wall units. Very prompt same day service. Offered helpful information and options to reduce costs, which was appreciated since on very fixed income. Treated my parents with respect and kindness.
